    Prior to establishing the SCA DESIGN GROUP in 1990, Mr. Abrams spent over twelve years as a Vice President and Managing Partner, of a nationally recognized Architecture and Planning firm that specialized in Hotel, High-Rise Office and Mixed-Use Architecture.

    For over nineteen years, LYNN C. HILL has been involved in the Design Coordination, Construction and Initial Occupancy of complex and highly technical projects for clients around the globe. These projects have ranged from highly specialized one of a kind state-of-the-art research facilities to a 19-story, condominium in Bangkok Thailand.

    Mr. Hill's experiences, with customers whose profitability and production schedule are dependent upon the results of a given project, has given him a deep commitment to keeping projects on schedule and within budget parameters.

    Whatever the program requirements, budget, operational constraints and regulatory sensitivities, Mr. Hill consistently demonstrates the patience, dedication and discipline required to successfully deliver PERFORMANCE - NOT PROMISES.
